Applethwaite Homes is an award-winning residential developer based in Lancashire, known for creating high-quality communities that combine thoughtful design, sustainability, and local character. The company is part of the Eric Wright Group!
In partnership with PWA Planning, Applethwaite brought forward proposals for a new residential development in Mawdesley. The project aimed to deliver a mix of much-needed homes in a sustainable village location, supported by green spaces, improved walking and cycling connections, and energy-efficient design.
As part of the planning process, the team needed to share information transparently and invite feedback from local residents before submitting a formal application to Chorley Council.
To support this, Applethwaite and PWA Planning required a professional, accessible website that clearly presented the proposals and made it easy for residents to provide feedback. The result is a user-friendly platform that encourages open communication between the developer and the community, helping local people understand the vision for the site and contribute their views with confidence.
