Celebrating over 20 years in business, Twelve is owned by husband and wife team Caroline Upton and Paul Moss, who are passionate about fine dining and hospitality. They have a wealth of experience in 4 and 5 star hotels, Michelin starred restaurants and event banqueting venues around the UK. Twelve has two arms to the business; Twelve Restaurant and Twelve Event Management – both had a different website. The team at Twelve felt that the websites were confusing, and often their customers were unaware of their entire offering.

Bespoke e-commerce website for an award winning hospitality business.

We were asked to create one bespoke e-commerce website that encompassed both aspects of the twelve businesses. It was important for the website to offer a positive user experience to increase website conversions. The website needed to integrate with existing systems the Twelve team had in place. In addition, visitors needed the ability to purchase takeaways and gift vouchers online.

Bespoke E-Commerce Website Development

For this project, we developed a bespoke e-commerce website. The website is more user friendly and is responsive to all devices. The team at Code Galaxy created a bespoke dashboard to make it easier for the Twelve team to add, edit and remove menus. We created the functionality for the team to upload takeaway options and job vacancies easily.

Twelve customers love to give gift vouchers to their loved ones. We created custom gift voucher functionality so that website visitors could easily purchase gift vouchers online and receive an automated email with their order. In addition, we created a custom food takeaway booking system, so that website visitors could also order food online via the website. It was important to integrate Constant Contact and BookATable into the new Twelve Restaurant.
